This project began with the purchase of a 3 plus acre lot, a victim to the 2017 firestorm. Owners and their Project Manager; Kelly Cowan mastered the new home’s location. A custom framed center portion was combined with factory assembled modular wings. These building sections were transported on trucks and expertly set by Precision Crane. The existing pool was lengthened then enhanced with a Bocci Ball court, patio, deck and finished with beautiful landscaping. Full grown Olive Trees were brought in and carefully placed by Kelly, Mary Lou and Mark providing a Mediterranean-style environment fitting for Sonoma County Wine Country.
