Located in the hills of Larkfield & Wikiup many homes and this one are built on  steep terrain. The owners became aware of some slippage occurring along the parking area of their home. After a soils report and structural drawings were prepared we provided excavations, removal of asphalt and soils along the affected area. Piers were drilled, steel reinforcing, forms placed and then a concrete retaining wall was built securing the parking along the hilltop. Grading and replacement of the asphalt was then completed.
